The space
When you enter this beautiful flat, you will find a beautiful and cosy living room with a half-open fully equipped kitchen. All with doors to the large terrace.

The modern and bright living room gives you all the space you need, to entertain your guests or family. A dining and sitting area with TV and good strong WIFI.
For small children, there is a comfortable sofa bed here.
The large sliding door opens onto the terrace, where you can relax and enjoy a delicious glass of port or vinho verde in the late afternoon.

The fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, over, microwave, dishwasher and also a washing machine, gives you the luxury, which you are used to in your own home. Why compromise on your holiday?
Here you can prepare a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner. On the terrace you can enjoy a nice breakfast or a romantic candlelit dinner in the morning.

The hall gives you access to the modern bathroom with bath,shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet and the twin bedroom that makes a double, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and TV for that real hotel feel.

At the rooftop pool, you can soak up the sun or take a dip in the blue water to refresh yourself and enjoy the open views of the countryside, Vilamoura Marina and even stunning sea views.

Other things to look out for
No youth groups allowed
No party of events without express permission from the owner or manager
Smoking is only allowed on the terrace
No pets allowed
In the swimming pool, there are rules to be followed at all times.
The pool and playground are fenced but not guarded.
Opening hours are from 10pm to 9am.
In high season, BBQ is not allowed for fire and safety reasons.
Upon check-out, the BBQ must be properly cleaned. If not, we will charge you a fee of € 50.00

Albufeira City Council levies a tourist tax for the period from 1 April to 31 October of € 2.00 per person per night with a minimum of 7 nights. If you book outside this period, this tax will be withheld. This amount will be settled before the reservation is finally accepted by us.
