Areke also maintains close communication with property owners, delivering updates and promptly addressing any operational issues that arise. Originally from the Netherlands, she has been living in the Algarve for many years and brings strong local experience combined with an international outlook. Fluent in Dutch, Portuguese, and English, she is able to communicate effortlessly with both local and international clients, ensuring clear and efficient coordination at all times.
